Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and Nir Rivlin, an individual business registered in Israel ("we", "us"), the publisher of the mobile game Sweet Double ("the game"). By downloading or playing the game you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, please don't use the game.
1. Who can play
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you.
2. Your license
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play the game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. The game, its code, art, names and content belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, sell, reverse-engineer or distribute the game, except where the law allows it.
3. Coins, boosters and other virtual items
- Coins, boosters, trophies and other in-game items ("virtual items") are part of the game's license. They have no real-world value and can't be exchanged for money, sold, or transferred outside the game.
- We may change the price, availability or behavior of virtual items, for example to balance the game.
- Virtual items may be lost if you delete your game data, or if the game is discontinued.
4. Purchases and refunds
Purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. All sales are final, except as required by law or by the store's refund policy. Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google. If a purchase didn't arrive in the game, contact us at support@sweetdoublegame.com with the store receipt.
5. Ads
The game shows ads, including rewarded ads you choose to watch in exchange for in-game rewards. We aren't responsible for the content of third-party ads or the sites they lead to.
6. Fair play and your display name
You agree not to cheat, use bots, exploit bugs, modify the game or interfere with its servers. Your display name must not be offensive, hateful, sexual, impersonate someone else, or include personal information. We may change a display name, remove rewards gained unfairly, or suspend access if these rules are broken.
7. Updates and availability
We may update, change or stop offering the game or any feature, including leagues, events and daily challenges, at any time. Some features need an internet connection. We don't guarantee that the game will always be available or free of errors.
8. Disclaimer
The game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or virtual items. Our total liability for any claim relating to the game is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.
10. Ending these terms
You can stop playing and delete the game at any time. We may end your license if you seriously break these terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Tel Aviv have jurisdiction, unless the consumer laws of your country give you the right to bring a claim where you live.
12. Apple-specific terms
If you downloaded the game from the App Store: these terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the game, and is not responsible for any claims relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and where it conflicts with these terms, it applies to your use of the game on Apple devices.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and update the effective date. If you keep playing after a change, you accept the new terms.
